How do I gain access to a purchased course? (purchased for myself)
Use the email address used in the purchasing process and log into the academy.If this does not work If this does not work, email us with the subject "[your order number] Indigenous Relations Academy" and include you contact info in the body.

How do I gain access to a purchased course? (someone else purchased for me))
Use the same email address that was provided when the enrollment was purchased. If this does not work, ask the person who purchased the enrollment to send you the Welcome letters or contact us.

How can I ask a self-guided course question
Our self-guided courses are designed for the learners to work at their own pace and without direct guidance from our instructors. Our self-guided courses are taken by thousands of students, and we don't have the capacity to respond to questions about the material

How long to do the self-guided courses take to complete
Indigenous Awareness and Indigenous Relations take around 1.5 - 2 hours to complete each. Indigenous Consultation and Engagement takes around 3 - 4 hours.

How long do I have to complete a course
You will have 30 days to complete the course. The course will expire at 12:00 am UTC on the 30th day.

How do I download the certificate after course completion?
You must 100% the course where you will be brought to a page that will allow you to download a PDF copy. If you are unable to download after completing the course, make sure to click all the way to the end of the course to reach 100% completion.
